  • We treat a variety of conditions for from 5 onwards.

  • No referral needed, you can book directly with us.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. You may be asked to remove some outer clothing, so sportswear or loose clothes are ideal.

  • Yes, we are a home clinic in Aspendale Gardens. But don’t let that deter you, you wont know it when you’re here. We have all the facilities you would have at a local Osteo clinic

  • Core MVMT – Cancellation Policy

    At Core MVMT, we know that unexpected things can happen, and you may occasionally need to change or cancel your appointment. While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, late cancellations or missed appointments limit our ability to offer that time to someone else and have a big impact on our business.

    To keep things fair for everyone and ensure our services remain accessible, we have the following policy:

    Individual Appointments

    • Cancellations within 6 hours: A fee of 50% of your booked service will be charged.

    • No-shows (non-attendance without notice): A fee of 100% of your booked service will be charged.

    • First-time allowance: We get that emergencies arise. The first time you cancel within the 6-hour window, we’ll simply remind you of this policy. Any future late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the above fees.

    Payment Responsibility

    If your appointment is funded by a third-party (e.g. TAC, Worksafe, DVA, CDM/EPC [Medicare]), please note:

    • Cancellation fees cannot be billed to these providers.

    • The cost will be your responsibility to pay directly.
